About your order
All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent from Adelaide via Australia Post. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address.

Order tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Australia shipping times and rates
Standard shipping (2–5 business days) is currently free

*Free express shipping for orders over $150.00 AUD

International shipping
We currently offer international shipping to United States (US), Canada and New Zealand only
Standard shipping is currently a flat rate of $10.00 AUD


I take pride in my products and want them to fit well and make you feel comfortable. If you’re unhappy with your selection I accept returns and exchanges that comply with my policy within 14 days of delivery.

Our returns and exchange policy

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused.

All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal.

As each product is unique purchased items can not be exchanged. Should you prefer an alternative style, please return your item and purchase the new piece separately at

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment, however all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.

Returning your purchase

Place the item in the original shipping bag or a secure recyclable bag or box. Send to RE-SWIM CLUB RETURNS via the address below. You can return the item with a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you request a tracking number so that the carrier can refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
